Handmade Product Disclaimer

Many of our products are handmade, hand-painted, laser-cut, printed, assembled, or finished individually. Natural variations in wood grain, color, texture, placement, shape, finish, and other details are expected. These variations are part of the handmade character of each product and are not considered defects.

Product colors may also appear slightly different depending on lighting, photography, screen settings, material availability, and the handmade production process.

Product Information

We make every reasonable effort to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, dimensions, prices, and availability are accurate. However, minor inaccuracies or typographical errors may occasionally occur. We reserve the right to correct errors, update information, change pricing, or discontinue products at any time without prior notice.

Unless specifically stated otherwise, props and decorative items shown in product photographs are not included with the purchased product.

Fragile Products

Some products sold by The Cozy Beam are fragile and should be handled with care. Wood, ceramic, glass, and other materials may crack, chip, break, warp, or become damaged if dropped, exposed to moisture, stored improperly, or handled incorrectly.

Custom and Personalized Orders

Customers are responsible for reviewing all names, dates, spelling, wording, colors, and other information submitted for personalized products. The Cozy Beam is not responsible for errors contained in information supplied or approved by the customer.

Where a proof is provided, production may begin after the proof is approved. Approval confirms that the customer has reviewed and accepted the design. Custom and personalized products may be subject to additional terms described in the applicable product listing, invoice, or custom-order agreement.

Customers must have permission to provide any names, photographs, logos, trademarks, artwork, or other protected materials submitted for customization. The customer assumes responsibility for claims resulting from materials they provide.
